Our purpose is to collaboratively guide Work Opportunities towards safe, responsible, and increasingly accessible services free from discrimination to advance racial equity and social justice as we strive to become an anti-racist organization.
Hiring
Hire a diverse staff that reflects or exceeds the diversity of the communities and populations we serve.
Training
Offer two diversity & inclusion trainings for staff each year.
Culture
Solidify a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our organization.
Accountability
Annual reflection of accountability through an effectiveness survey.
Outcomes
Anti-racist trainings offered to all staff twice per year.
Each team has at least one staff participating on the Equity Committee
Increased diversity of board members that reflect the communities we serve
100% of our served population are people with disabilities.
